Description

We Are Grape is one of the leading dance music production companies. We make weekly radio shows for BBC Radio 1 including Annie Mac’s Friday show, Pete Tong, Annie Nightingale and Dance Anthems with MistaJam. We also produce and syndicate shows worldwide, including ‘All Gone Pete Tong’, ‘Sexy By Nature’ with Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, and Joris Voorn’s ‘Spectrum Radio’.

We make documentaries and speech radio for a variety of clients, including Spotify, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, and BBC World Service. We also make visual programmes for, amongst others, BBC iPlayer.

We are currently looking for an experienced music and speech audio producer to join our team.

Required skills and experience:

-You have an encyclopaedic knowledge of dance and electronic music, including the commercial side of dance music.

-You are a star at audio editing, both music and speech, preferably in Cubase and Ableton. Video editing skills would also be desirable.

-You have at least a year’s experience of producing weekly, network-radio live programmes.

-You are confident using Photoshop and ideally will have some interest and experience creating social media assets and strategy.

-You are organised, quick thinking and able to use your initiative.

-You have good script-writing skills with great attention to detail.

-You are used to working closely with and managing a wide range of on air talent.

-You have experience of managing (and are great at working as part of) a team.

-You are passionate about making brilliant radio, social and video content for our clients.
