Jazz FM is the home of jazz, blues and soul.  Their musical output is unique and is a mixture of truly eclectic new music and well known pieces by the legends of jazz, selected by the UK’s finest presenters, each an expert in their field.

This exciting and progressive commercial radio station is now looking for a passionate and results driven Agency Account Manager, with a proven track record in agency sales to join their expanding operation based at their impressive office near Oxford Street in Central London.

As an experienced Agency Account Manager, you’ll be looking to take your next step in media sales, developing your career in line with Jazz FM’s growing brand.

About the job

You’ll be leveraging your existing agency relationships and forging new connections in order to deliver against personal and team revenue targets.  This role is media agency and client focused and you’ll be servicing the needs of the agencies and clients by putting Jazz FM’s brand front of mind, from both an airtime and partnerships perspective.  As a trusted advisor, you’ll be sourcing and creating solutions to fit your clients’ needs and you’ll be able to talk confidently about all of the commercial opportunities available at Jazz FM, including airtime, partnerships, events and digital.  You’ll also be in control of the client’s campaign, from creative execution to getting the brand to air and post-campaign analysis.

About you

It’s essential that you have a track record of developing client relationships with media agencies, growing revenue and winning new business.  Ideally you will also have some sponsorship and promotions experience.

A love of jazz/music is highly desirable as you’ll be an ambassador for the Jazz FM brand, particularly at live events.

You’ll be a strong communicator and relationship-builder and above all, you’ll be results-driven (if it’s in your nature to keep going when others’ quit, we’re interested in talking to you!).
