Job Description

We are seeking a part time accounts and administrative assistant to support our Production Operations Manager, working across all the broadcast and event based projects in TBI’s growing portfolio.

As well as having regular accounting routines, you will work closely with your line manager and alongside the production teams to offer ad-hoc administrative office support.

You will be highly organised, with a forensic approach to detail and a good knowledge around data entry using Sage Accounting.


  • Solid experience in a similar role
  • Proven understanding of Sage Accounting
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail
  • A team player with a flexible and supportive approach


  • Working knowledge of a production environment
  • Experience of working in an SME

This role would suit someone with accountancy skills who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks, and who would find a constant flow of new projects through the business appealing.

Based in central London, this is a part time position with flexibility of hours. Salary from £26k pro rated subject to experience.


General office administration including office supplier relationships: ad-hoc for alarm, phones, water, stationery

Forms/templates – updated / made available to producers

Supplier purchasing / receipt management for vat recovery (Paypal/Amazon)

Ensure all paperwork/admin complete for billing

Attendance & holiday tracking


Sales and Purchase ledger data entry on Sage

Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Cost tracking

Cash/credit card reconciliations

Expenses processing

Admin of Supplier terms/agreements/paperwork

Assist with budget reconciliation – programmes & events

Checking month end reconciliations

Ad-hoc financial work

Document retention for audit
